Add or import your athletes

Bring your whole roster in from Jackrabbit or a spreadsheet in a few minutes, or add athletes one at a time.

1. 1Export your roster from Jackrabbit, iClassPro or your own spreadsheet as a CSV file. Include each athlete’s parent or guardian email.
2. 2Open Athletes in the menu, choose Import a roster, and upload the file.
3. 3Match your columns, check the preview, and import. Athelos tells you exactly which athletes landed.
4. 4A handful of athletes? Choose Add Athlete on the Athletes page and type them in.

A guardian email in your file becomes that family’s invite, so the next step is already half done.
