The record moves with your athlete
Skills, results and milestones sit on your athlete's own record rather than in one gym's filing cabinet. When they move on, it goes with them — and the new gym cannot see or copy any of it until you say yes.
You decide what the gym sees
The notes and photos you keep in your family space are yours. Your gym does not see them unless you choose to share them — and neither does another guardian of the same athlete. Each family space is separate.
The season becomes something you keep
Turn a season into a yearbook built from what your family actually saved: the moments, the results, the photos, in your own words.
Free to start
Families join free, and the free plan is permanent — not a trial that expires. There is an optional paid plan for more room, and you never need it to see your athlete's record.
We do not sell your data. We never have and we will not.

- You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about your athlete, and you can ask us to delete it.
How the record actually works
Three things that are true of your athlete’s record as it works today — not planned, not coming later.
It travels with your athlete
When a coach marks a skill or logs a result, your family keeps a dated copy of that moment — not a row in the gym’s system that the gym can later edit away. Leaving a gym does not empty it, and you can download the whole record whenever you want: the skills, the results, the photos, as files you keep.
More than one person tells the story
A season is not one account of what happened. The gym records what it sees. You keep your own layer, which no other adult can read — not even another guardian of the same athlete. And an athlete old enough to have their own login, at thirteen, writes their own entries. All three sit in one record.
You choose what the gym sees
Every entry carries its own audience, chosen as it is written: only you, you and your athlete, the people you have invited, or your athlete’s gym. What keeps a private entry private is not a setting the app promises to respect — it is a rule in the database, applied to the query itself, enforced today.

You do not need your gym to go first, and you do not need to decide anything to begin.
